Can I send to a purchased list?

No. Send only to people who agreed to receive your email. Bought lists harm your reputation and are against our Acceptable Use Policy.

How do unsubscribes work?

We add an unsubscribe link and one-click headers to campaign email. People who unsubscribe are not mailed again.

Can I send bulk email from my own domain?

Yes. You send from a domain you have verified, and sending limits depend on your plan.

Can I schedule a campaign?

Yes. Choose a time, or send it straight away. You can also pause and resume a running campaign.
