Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. You can stop using it or close your organization at any time.

2. How paid plans are billed

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for each month (or year, where offered) through our payment partner Razorpay, in Indian rupees.
• GST and other applicable taxes are shown on the invoice. Every payment has an invoice on the Billing page.
• Usage above a plan's monthly quota, where the plan allows it, is billed with the next payment.

3. Cancelling

• Cancel at any time from Billing in the dashboard, or by writing to us. No cancellation fee is charged.
• The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; after that the organization moves to the free plan and is not charged again.
• Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the next billing period.

4. When we refund

Because the service is used as soon as a period starts, payments for a period that has begun are not refunded, and charges for email already sent above the quota are not refunded. We do refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you were charged after cancelling, because of an error on our side;
• a payment was taken but the plan was not activated and we cannot fix it;
• the law requires a refund.

We may also refund in other cases at our discretion, for example after a long outage on our side.

5. Accounts closed for abuse

Payments are not refunded when an account is suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@nesliferesearch.com within 30 days of the payment, with the invoice number and the reason. We answer within 7 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, including the tax charged, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
