Open and click tracking in your emails is off by default and, when you enable it, measures your recipients on your behalf; you must tell them in your own privacy notice.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Emlyra, under contracts that limit their use of it:

- Google (only if you choose Sign in with Google).
- Razorpay (payments, when you buy a paid plan).
- Mailbox providers of your recipients, who receive the email you send.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users and recipients. Some providers may process data outside India, with safeguards required by law.
6. How long we keep it
- Email logs and stored message content: for the retention period of your plan (shown on the Billing page), then deleted.
- Mail received on reply domains: 30 days.
- Suppressions (unsubscribes, complaints, hard bounces): as long as the account exists, so that people who opted out stay opted out.
- Account and billing records: while the account is active, and invoices for as long as tax law requires.
- Backups: up to 35 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and secrets such as DKIM keys and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, protected by two-factor authentication and recorded in an audit log. Backups are encrypted before they are stored off-site. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to act for you. Most account data can be changed in your account settings.
