Before you sign up.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. You send from an address on a domain you own, such as mail.yourcompany.com. Verifying it with DKIM, SPF and DMARC is what lets Gmail and others trust your email.

Can I use it with an app I already have?

Yes. Most apps can send over SMTP: enter our server, port and the credentials from your dashboard. Developers can also use the REST API.

Will my email go to spam?

We sign and authenticate every message and handle bounces, complaints and unsubscribes for you. Inbox placement also depends on your content and on sending only to people who asked for your email.

Can I send marketing email?

Yes, to people who agreed to receive it. Campaign email includes an unsubscribe link and the one-click unsubscribe headers that Gmail and Yahoo require. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in India. Backups are encrypted before they are stored off-site. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Create an account and start sending on the free plan; no card is needed. Paid plans add higher volumes, more domains and team members.
